Ahmad Najdat Bazarbashi, MD, is an advanced endoscopist and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine/Barnes Jewish Hospital, and VA St Louis Medical Center. Dr. Bazarbashi completed training in gastroenterology, bariatric endoscopy and advanced endoscopy at the Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston before moving to St. Louis. Clinical and research interests include endoscopic hepatology, particularly the management of gastric varices, and third space endoscopy.
